Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tumble Cove ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), published by Brainstorm Innovative Technologies, LLC, handles information when you use the App. By using Tumble Cove, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we do not collect

Tumble Cove is designed to be played without an account and without giving up your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address;
• Precise or approximate location;
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data;
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data;
• Behavioral analytics or usage profiles tied to your identity.

2. Information stored on your device

Your game data — level progress, stars, coins, collected keepsakes, and settings — is saved locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us or to any third party. If you delete the App, this local data is removed with it (see Data & Deletion).

3. Read Aloud (text-to-speech)

Tumble Cove's Read Aloud feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine to speak goals, quests, and results out loud. The text is converted to speech on your device. Tumble Cove does not send this text to us, and does not record or store any audio. Your device's own speech settings are controlled by your device operating system and its privacy terms.

4. Purchases

Tumble Cove is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases (such as coins, boosters, and bundles). Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can deliver the item in-game, but we do not receive or store your payment card details. The store's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment information:

5. No advertising or third-party analytics

At the time of this policy, Tumble Cove does not display third-party advertising and does not include third-party advertising or analytics software development kits (SDKs). If this ever changes, we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect.

6. Children's privacy

Tumble Cove is a general-audience game rated for everyone. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App collects no personal information at all, it does not gather data from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. Because Tumble Cove does not collect or hold personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or erase. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App. If you have a question about your rights, email us at support@tumblecove.app.

8. Data security

Because your game data stays on your device, its security is tied to your device's own protections. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
