Data & Deletion

Last updated: July 24, 2026

In short: Tumble Cove keeps all of your game data on your own device and stores nothing about you on our servers. To delete everything, delete the App — or, on Android, clear its data from your device settings.

What data does Tumble Cove keep?

Tumble Cove stores your game data locally on your device — for example your level progress, seashells, coins, collected keepsakes, chosen buddy, and settings. It does not require an account, and it does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location. We do not hold a copy of your data on any server, so there is no online profile to manage.

How to delete your game data

Option 1 — Delete the App

Removing Tumble Cove from your device deletes the local game data it created.

Option 2 — Clear the data, keep the App (Android)

Android can erase a single app's local data without uninstalling it: Settings → Apps → Tumble Cove → Storage → Clear data. Tumble Cove starts fresh the next time you open it. iOS does not offer a per-app equivalent, so on iPhone and iPad deleting the App is the way.

A note about backup codes. Tumble Cove can show you a backup code (Settings → Backup / Restore) — a block of text that holds your progress, so you can move it to another device by pasting it in. That code never reaches us; it only exists where you paste it. If you've saved one somewhere, delete it from there too.

About your purchases

Records of in-app purchases are held by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Deleting the App does not cancel or refund purchases. To review or request a refund on a purchase, use your store account (Apple: Report a Problem; Google Play: Order history), subject to their policies.

Prefer we handle it?

Because we don't store your data, there is generally nothing on our side to erase. If you still have a question or a specific deletion request, email us and we'll respond:
